Creating and managing spaces

This guide will walk you through the process of creating and customizing spaces in Verbanest to collect voice feedback effectively.

1. Navigate to the Spaces section in your Verbanest dashboard
2. Click the "+ Add new space" button in the top right corner
3. In the "Add new space" dialog, fill in the following details:
• Space name: Enter a descriptive name for your space
• Space description: Add details about the purpose of your space
4. Click "Add space" to create your new feedback collection space

Once you've created a space, you can customize it to match your needs:

1. From your space's dashboard, click the "Edit space" button
2. Adjust the following settings:

• Space status: Toggle to enable/disable the space
• Space name: Update the name if needed
• Space description: Modify the description
• Max number of submissions: Set a limit for voice messages (up to 150)
• Max record time: Choose the maximum duration for voice recordings

1. In the Edit space dialog, locate the "Edit space widget" section
2. Click the edit icon to customize how your widget appears
3. Customize the appearance to match your brand and website design

You can share your space in two ways:

1. Get embedded code: Click "Get embedded code" to integrate the space into your website
2. Copy space link: Use "Copy space link" to share the space directly with users

• Choose a clear, descriptive name that reflects the purpose of your space
• Write a detailed description to guide users on what kind of feedback you're looking for
• Set appropriate time limits for recordings based on your needs
• Regularly monitor your space's analytics to track engagement and sentiment

Your space comes with built-in analytics features:

• Track submission counts
• Monitor sentiment analysis (Positive/Neutral/Negative)
• View submission trends over time

• Enable the space only when you're ready to collect feedback
• Set reasonable submission limits based on your expected volume


• Keep the max record time appropriate for your use case (5 minutes is recommended for most situations)
• Regularly check your submissions to maintain engagement with your audience
